Catherine Michel ( fr. Catherine Michel ; född 15 juni 1948 , Amiens ) är en fransk harpist.
Hon tog examen från konservatoriet i Paris , en elev till Pierre Jamet . 1970 belönades hon med andrapriset vid den internationella harptävlingen i Israel .
Sedan 1970 har hon varit solist med National Orchestra of France , sedan 1978-2005. solist i Paris Opera Orchestra .
Hon undervisade i Tyskland och Schweiz, 2000-2003. professor vid Royal College of Music i London.
Hon var gift med kompositören Michel Legrand (fram till 2013), gav ofta konserter med honom och framförde hans musik [2] .
