Steven Titus Berry ( eng. Steven Titus Berry ; f. 1959 ) är en amerikansk ekonom , medförfattare till Berry-Levinson-Pakes-modellen.
Biografi
Stefan föddes 1959.
Erhöll en Bachelor of Science (B.A. ) i nationalekonomi från Northwestern University 1980 och en Master of Science ( MS ) i ekonomi från University of Wisconsin-Madison 1985. 1989, efter att ha försvarat sin doktorsavhandling, tilldelades han en doktorsexamen i ekonomi ( Ph.D. ) från University of Wisconsin-Madison [2] .
Han började sin lärarkarriär som forskarassistent undervisande vid University of Wisconsin-Madison 1982-1988. Sedan arbetade han som biträdande professor 1988-1993, docent 1993-1997, professor sedan 1997, James Burroughs Moffatt professor i nationalekonomi 1999-2014, avdelningschef 2004-2006 vid Yale School of Economics university [ 2] .
David Swensen är för närvarande professor i nationalekonomi vid Yale University sedan 2014 [2] .
Dessutom arbetade han som anställd 1989-1997, forskningsassistent sedan 1997 vid National Bureau of Economic Research [2] .
Utmärkelser
För sina prestationer belönades han upprepade gånger [2] :
- 1991-1992 - Olin Fellowship från National Bureau of Economic Research;
- 1992-1994 - anslag från National Science Foundation (tillsammans med James Levinson och Ariel Pakes) "för forskning inom fordonsindustrins område";
- 1992-1994 - EPA-bidrag (tillsammans med Ariel Peiks och Samuil Kortumov) "för att studera miljöpolitikens inverkan på fordonsindustrin";
- 1993-1995 Fellow, Alfred Sloan Foundation ;
