Rivallon ( fr. Riwallon de Penthièvre ; d. ca. 1154 [1] ) - Comte de Penthièvre sedan 1148 , son till Geoffroy II , Comte de Penthièvre och Havisa de Dole.
Efter Geoffroys död 1148 blev hans son Rivallon greve av Penthièvre. Mycket lite är känt om hans regeringstid. Senast Rivallon nämns är 1052 . Han ska ha dött omkring 1154 eller 1162 .
Han efterträddes av sin äldste son Étienne II , som inte lämnade några arvingar och gav jarldömet till Rivallons yngre son Geoffroy III .
