" Been Around the World "   är  den fjärde singeln av den amerikanske rapparen Puff Daddy från hans debutstudioalbum No Way Out , släppt den 14 november 1997 av Bad Boy Records .

Rapparna The Notorious B.I.G. och Mase deltog i inspelningen av låten . Låten producerades av Ron "Amen-Ra" Lawrence och Deric Angelettie. "Been Around the World" samplar David Bowies hit från 1983, " Let's Dance ", och innehåller en interpolation av Lisa Stansfields " All Around the World " framförd av The Notorious B.I.G. på refrängen. På albumversionen avslutas låten med en sketch som består av en intervju med "The Mad Producer".

Singeln toppade som nummer 2 på Billboard Hot 100 , nummer 7 på Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs-listan och nummer 1 på Hot Rap Singles-listan . Den nådde också en topp som nummer 20 på UK Singles Chart i Storbritannien [1] . Singeln blev certifierad platina den 16 december 1997 [2] .

Musikvideon till låten regisserades av Paul Hunter. Mays och Puff Daddy spelade spioner. Videon inkluderade gästspel som Vivica A. Fox , Quincy Jones , Wyclef Jean och Jennifer Lopez [3] .

Den officiella remixen av låten innehåller bidrag från Mase och Carl Thomas och samplar Roy Ayers-låten "Feelin' Good".
