Palladium gallium bildar kubiska kristaller , rymdgrupp P 2 1 3 , cellparametrar a = 0,4890 nm, Z = 4, järnkarbidstruktur FeSi [1] .
Föreningen smälter kongruent vid 1020 °C [1] .
